Losing my entire blog on my old website made me incredibly sad. It was 5+ years of showcasing my work, it was nice to be able to scroll back and see how far I've come, to check back in on moments at weddings and family sessions from when I first quit my last office job and decided to pursue photography full time. I'm going to start posting some of my older work alongside some of my newer work as a kind of a then/now project. I figure these posts would have a dual purpose, on one hand, all of you can see what I have been up to for the past 5 years. But, it's really for me, as a catalog of my greatest hits to look at when I start to doubt myself, which is becoming less often, thank goodness.
Let's start here, with Sarah and Martin, from their engagement session at Kensington with the birdies to their intimate wedding at a park in Farmington.
...and then came the wedding day. The ceremony didn't go as planned because a swarm of hornets decided to invade the area where everything was to take place. So, in the parking lot, Sarah and Martin got married, because when you're in love, that's what you do on your wedding day, you get married, hornets be damned, you say 'I do'!
